What was new/ different
Focus on observations, listening to stories, asking behaviour rather and then interpreting the why rather than asking them directly. Comparing different groups to reveal main differences of change.
Why was it actionable
- Identification of the habit loop, the moments when habit breaks down and the possible nudge ideas that could be developed.
- Communication cues which could better impact understanding and trigger purchase and repeat instead of hard rational messaging.
Impact
Immediate implementation to the communication resulting in a change in communication direction e.g. having a male in a supplement for females.
