A more granular approach to the quantitative questionnaire, focusing almost entirely on past and recent behaviour ensured we were able to get as much details as possible in a quantitative survey. 

What was new/different

Identifying and analyzing the drivers of decision making was central to unravelling category dynamics debunking existing category beliefs and identifying new growth opportunities.

Why was it actionable

Integrating two business groups, 4 brands and 4 markets, for the first time, enabled client senior management to get a complete overview and plan business strategy.
